Mother's Day 2009

This was an extra special Mother's Day for me. It was also our twelve year anniversary! I have been working on another post about that beautiful day in May 1997 when I married my best friend as well as each day I became a new mother. It's long and has lots of photos. I may need to break it up. Time is short... Hopefully, it will be ready soon.

In the meantime, here is how Lexi celebrated her first Mother's Day with us yesterday:
