Poor Pancake

Isn't this just one of the most pitiful things you've ever seen?

We're not even sure what happened to our Pancake.
He's on the mend though and still sweet as a furry feline friend can be.

I'm sure Wookie won't mind letting Pancake borrow his
crate for a few weeks.

He looks pitiful. The cast is bigger than he is.

Poor thing. It looks so big. I hope your cat gets better soon...how long does he have to wear the cast?

Awwww - that stinks. I had a kitty who tore his ACL a few years ago - and his cast was similiar. It took him about 3 days to get used to "walking" on it... and that was really just a few feet. Then when the cast came off - he was relearning the walk again...

a week or so after that you'd never know he had been in a cast.

Poor Pancake!!

I got the strikeout instructions from Ondrea . . . but because it's html tags, I think it will get all messed up if I type it here. If you email me, I can forward Ondrea's instructions: barbiejane67@yahoo.ca

From someone who knows----- Pancake was hit by a car and has a fractured Tibia. It will take several weeks to heal. He also has a large patch of skin on his lower back too large to stitch that has to form a new layer of skin and hopefully fur which will take time to form. He had too much "Tiger in his tank", but that problem has been remedied. (We hope).

Thanks for the clarification, Nana. He's doing much better now as you saw this afternoon.

I would not want to be the one to put a cast on a cat that is for sure!
