The Abraham Family’s Journey to Russia to Bring Home Their Daughter

November 7, 2008

Tears of Joy!

Thank you for all your prayers! WE HAVE A TENTATIVE COURT DATE!

And, if it is confirmed for the date we think, it means we'll have her in our arms again before Thanksgiving!
AND, we'll be home in time for our Church's Christmas program! [But, I'm not holding my breath on that one.]

Of
cou
rse, on the flip side, that means I need to stop typing and start filling out Visa applications!!!!! All six of them!!!!!!

Praise the Lord! God is so good!

Yippee!! This is exciting news. What a wonderful thing to hear on Friday so you don't have to think about the wait all weekend. Of course, now you need to think about traveling to Russia!! I know you'd rather plan for that anyway. I'm excited to hear that God worked it out and you are able to be home for the church performance.

Congratulations! I've been keeping an eye on your blog for this long awaited news. We were in Kemerovo at the end of November last year - it was cold, but beautiful.

Just wanted to say how awesome it is that you are taking the boys! I regret not taking our oldest, he really wanted to go and I wish we would have just made it work. It is a once in a lifetime experience. How wonderful that the boys will have that.
